I hope you believe it is. We are only 3 days into the new year and I have an awesome exercise (not even a Boot Camp exercise) that will help you stay on track.
Take a pic of yourself today and answer a few questions about the pic…
- How do you look?
- How energetic do you look?
- How is your body composition?
Take a few minutes to think about these questions and jot down anything else you want about the pic.
At the end of the year, do the same thing and see the difference in the 2 pics and descriptions. This will help ensure that this is your year.:)
