Great news for all of our awesome early bird clients! We now have 2 new 30 minute Ultimate Express Boot Camp Workouts at 6 AM and 6:35 AM on Tuesdays. This is perfect if the regular 6 AM ends a bit late for you or starts a bit too early (you can train at 6:35).
I can’t give away too much but these workouts will include some of your favorite suspension trainer, rope training, med ball, and kettlebell exercises.
You’re almost guaranteed to have a better day after one of these sessions.:)
