Snow Day Workout
The winter of 2014 has been quite a memorable one for many people so far and if predictions are accurate it will continue to make an impact. Unfortunately TBBC has had to cancel some classes and sessions due to hazardous driving conditions but we do believe in safety first. We also believe that your workout is a very important part of your day and your life in general and we don’t want you to completely lose out if we are forced to cancel any future classes or sessions this winter. That being said if we have any snow days in the future and your stuck inside we have a fat blasting “Snow Day” workout for you. This workout can be done right in your home, perhaps even next to the fireplace to really work up a good sweat or even have the kids participate for some good family fitness fun!
10 Squat Thrusts
10 Pushups
10 Jump Squats
10 RDL (5 each side)
10 V-Ups
5 Rounds as fast as possible. Have fun and enjoy the impromptu family time, the best times are always unexpected!
