“I started bootcamp a little over a year ago, after realizing I’d gotten really comfortable in my relationship, and ended up gaining about 30lbs. I immediately was drawn to the tight-knit classes, the acceptance of everyone involved (from trainers to members), and within the year, I’d dropped about 15 lbs. I feel better about myself, better about my endurance and better overall about my daily choices. I think more before I eat things, and even when I want to spoil myself, I now have the knowledge to know how to do it without going overboard.
