TBBC is proud to offer personal small group training. Small group personal training may be the ideal solution for you if you:
• Desire fat loss
• Need extra accountability
• Need to ease your way into fitness
• Have been referred to us by your physician, chiropractor, or physical therapist
• Have specific goals whether you are a current client or not (MMA, mud race, etc.)
• Have health or orthopedic issues preventing you from getting the most out of team classes.
• Have an odd schedule that doesn’t jive with our team training classes
Our trainers will tailor your workouts for your specific needs and help you progress safely and properly. You may decide you would like to supplement your team training with some personal training for the best of both worlds!
