I believe that 99% of supplements at best will make no difference (except make your wallet thinner) and at worst kill you. I know it sounds morbid but people have died from taking supplements, even when they were labeled “natural.”
However, there are a few supplements that I stand by 100% and take myself. One of these is whey protein. I usually take whey protein upon rising in the morning and very often after a workout. I usually recommend my clients take some whey protein when a food protein (e.g. chicken breast, egg whites) isn’t available or convenient.
