Check out Super Trainer Sam as she talks about her quest to be able to do a chin-up. Many women avoid even trying to perform this exercise because they assume they will not be able to do it. In most cases, this simply is not true. With consistency and perseverance, YOU are capable of great things, just like Sam- even a chin-up! Just think of where you were when you first started at Boot Camp. Just like Sam, you might have a hard time doing even 1 push up, or 30 seconds of mountain climbers. What about a plank? Do you remember? I bet your ability to perform is much better now then it was then! Why? Hard work, quality training here at TBBC, and consistency.
