Just 2 weeks ago I started going to PT for my shoulder. I’ve had pain for a few weeks and was hoping it would go away. I tried what I knew and while it helped some, I needed a rehab expert.
Part of the reason I needed to speed things along is because next week, I have a video shoot scheduled where I’ll be doing a whole bunch of exercise demos that we’ll be using for TBBC.
