Easy Melon Sorbet
Melissa and I had such a great Christmas and now we get to have another at Melissa’s parents this weekend 🙂 Celebrating the New Year is always a refreshing time for us. I love to start off the New Year with a BANG!! This recipe is great as a dessert or add it to your champagne glasses for a toast at midnight. Wishing you and yours all the best for 2019!!
Ingredients:
Any of your favorite melons! Just make sure they are super-ripe! (cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon)
Directions:
1. Cut your melon into cubes, and freeze it in a Ziploc bag.
2. Once the fruit is completely frozen, place the melon in a food processor, and puree. You may need to add water to smooth.
