Q: Take us back to what your life was like before joining the TBBC Program?
A: Before joining TBBC 2 years ago I used to work out and I tried to eat healthy, but if there isn’t a plan or structure things don’t improve much.
Q: Why did you end up deciding to join the TBBC program?
A: I decided to join TBBC because I was looking to commit to a program where I can stay motivated by having different work outs every session and to have trainers guiding me to improve.
Q: What was your first impression from the TBBC program?
A: My first impression when I interviewed with Billy and he explained the program was that he really cares, and he really wanted me to succeed. My very first session I felt that it was going to be HARD to work out for 45 minutes at that level of intensity each class. I still feel that every class is challenging, but I am definitely stronger.
Q: What aspects/tools of TBBC have benefited you the most?
A: For me to plan my work outs for the week and have it scheduled on the app, and knowing that the trainers look at it, and that I will get a call if I missed my sessions too often, definitely keeps me accountable. Plus what keeps me interested is that every session is different even if I go everyday.
Q: How is the TBBC program different from other programs you have tried before? What makes TBBC different or unique?
A: I love the trainers at TBBC, they really care, and are always ready to help.When I have shared that I’m working towards a goal I always get advice and someone to keep me accountable by asking me how am I doing with my goal, it means a lot to me.
Q: Walk us through your journey. What results and benefits have you experienced in the TBBC Program?
A: My journey has been long, I’m still working towards my ideal weight, this is a lifestyle for me. Since I joined TBBC I’ve lost almost 30 pounds and I went down 3 dress sizes. I remember when 10 pushups were impossible, last night I did 40. I used to ride my bike and I thought to myself that one day I will do 10 miles, this past summer my husband and I did a 45 mile ride. This program has not only help me get stronger physically, but it has also help me discover that I am capable of setting goals and with hard work, a plan and the right direction, it is possible to accomplish and thrive.
Q: What would you say to anyone looking at the TBBC program
A: I will say, do it, give yourself an opportunity to do something you’ve never done to get what you wouldn’t be able to get otherwise, the opportunity to get fit and strong, to discover the best version of yourself.
