A golf swing is a very dynamic movement. For a golf swing to be as proficient and repeatable as possible the entire human movement system must possess proper amounts of strength, power, stability, flexibility and most important neuromuscular control.
Our approach to building the best golfer and person includes two phases. The first phase begins with our Golf Specific fitness evaluation and screening. This is a precise evaluation of your body’s health and performance level for playing golf. The results of this screen will allow us to program the exact exercises you need to become a better, stronger, and more flexible golfer.
The next step is to begin our general fitness coaching/training. You will perform cutting edge techniques to guarantee your success in developing a more powerful core as well as a stronger and more flexible body. This is true regardless of your past exercise or training history.

Phase 1
- TBBC 5 part golf movement screen
- Corrective exercises will be assigned to fix any postural, strength, or movement issues so you know how to perform them correctly
Phase 2 (30 Day Personal Training Experience)
- 3 Personal Training Sessions per week (small group)
- A Program based on your level
- Unlimited Group Coaching (Team Training)
