Great job on your burpee challenge crew!! The second challenge is …. swings!
Challenge is once again simple, how many swings can you do in 2 minutes. Rules are you must have a TBBC trainer count your swings and monitor your 2 minute time limit. Women must use the yellow (16 lb) kettle bell and men must use the red (35 lb) kettle bell. Watch the quick video of our Total Body Boot Camp trainer, Billy Riccio, for a visual demonstration.
Entries will be accepted from Friday August 9 until Thursday August 15, 2013.
Good luck! Results of each challenge will be posted on the board along with total scores so be sure to check on your progress:)
