Over the years, TBBC has grown and gained a bit of a presence on the internet. What’s funny is that this causes people to think I’m tech savvy. They see my blogs, podcasts, and social media posts and think I must know what I’m doing. While I’ve learned a bit, it’s all completely overwhelming to me. My solution? Enlisting the help of others and just focusing on my next step. It’s not always easy because once I start thinking of all the things that have to get done, I can get stuck. So rather than think of all the details, I just focus on one at a time. Once I do that, I make forward progress.
It’s the same with health and fat loss. People get overwhelmed and fearful at the thought of making all of the necessary changes. The key is to just focus on the next step. It could be as simple as going for a walk.
