4 Steps to More Profit: An Interview with Hailey Rowe
I talk a fair amount about managing cash flow as a Profit Coach. I truly believe it’s the missing piece for many a fitness entrepreneur. With that said, growing revenue is a vital piece of the puzzle. All else being equal, the business with more clients and revenue wins. Of course, it isn’t quite that simple.
I’m excited to share an interview I did with Hailey Rowe.
Hailey is a marketing and sales coach for Health Pros.
There are a few things that stood out about our conversation.
The Power of Tracking - Hailey tracks a lot. While you don’t need to track as much as her, what would it look like for you to level up your tracking? Remember, what gets measured improves.
Putting the audience first. Hailey has a pretty big following for a niche market but she’s way more concerned with giving her audience content that they want. She explains some simple ways to do that.
She shares the 4 steps to take someone from an awareness of who you are to a happy, paying client.
