Think BIG! September 2, 2019 When I think back to any significant I’ve achieved, it always started with a thought. I decided that I was going to do something. Whether it was getting out of debt, competing in BJJ/MMA, or writing a book, I first had to decide what I wanted. It’s the same thing with the successful clients I’ve worked with over the years. You see, we’re in September now which means there are less than 122 days left in the year. 243 days are history. I’d like to present to you a challenge. I want to encourage you NOT to settle. Think Bigger! I’m assuming you had some goals you didn’t act on or you didn’t act on enough. You didn’t give it your all. Trust me. I’ve been there. How would it be if we all hit “re-set.” Full responsibility. “The Price for Greatness is Responsibility” -Winston Churchill So think about what you really want.As I mentioned above, the first step is to decide. Thinking about doing something is one thing but deciding that it’s going to happen is another. We see this all the time in the gym. Some people decide and get what they want while others keep getting the same thing. Frustration. The second action is to prepare. My formula has always been that success leaves clues. You aren’t the only one that has wanted (and achieved) to: Lose weight Become a millionaire Run an obstacle race The education, information, mentors, and coaches are out there. Finally, you need to START! Nobody who has achieved anything great didn’t get there overnight and neither will you. Successful people don’t get too caught up in the daily results as they are looking long-term. So here’s the deal. The next 122 days are going to pass. Embrace that. At the end of it, you will either have one or be on your way to achieving something BIG or you’re going to have just let another year pass by. Which will it be?
